It is really very tough to deal with an issue with an app; especially when you are not a tech guy.

Why?

Because one day my neighbor came to me with an issue; he was facing issues with the Schoology app.

When I asked what the issue was with the app; he told me- “It is not working and I’m skeptical whether the issue is with the app or my phone?”

He is not a technical guy, and he barely manages the apps.

First of all, I looked at the phone; it was an iPhone 13.

Again I asked what exactly you are facing with the app. The app was freezing/crashing and did not even let him sign in.

The problem was not too big; I told him some steps and finally, the app was working fine.

Let’s see those steps so that you could too solve issues with the Schoology app.

When you do this, a new session occurred that provides a new start to the app files, and if the issue is temporary, it helps to recover the app.
