OPPO has officially confirmed that the K13 Turbo Series, including the K13 Turbo and K13 Turbo Pro models, will debut in India on August 11.
This launch follows a number of teasers emphasising India’s first smartphone to include an in-built active cooling fan. Marketed towards gamers, creators and power users, the K13 Turbo Series embraces a racing-inspired aesthetic and is positioned to “redefine the under Rs. 40,000 segment”.
At the heart of thermal innovation is OPPO’s Storm Engine, which combines a built‑in variable-speed fan, a 7000 mm² vapour chamber, and a precision duct system designed for smoke‑visualisation diagnostics. According to OPPO, this cooling-first setup helps maintain temperatures that are approximately 2–4 °C lower during sessions of heavy gaming, such as playing BGMI.
